Very happy with all of the help I've received since living in my property. I've had a few queries since moving into my property and each member of staff who were involved dealt with it fast and efficiently and were quick to communicate with my landlord. My flat is furnished, however I've always wanted rid of the sofas but I wasn't sure if this was allowed. I asked the agency at the beginning of the week, and by the end of the week my couches had been sold and collected, I couldn't believe how quickly this was all dealt with.
